ABOUT THE SELF-HELP HOUSING PROGRAM
The Self-Help Housing program empowers families to achieve the American Dream of homeownership through "sweat equity." Participants contribute significant hours of labor toward the construction of their homes, bringing down development costs and producing more affordable housing. This hands-on approach not only reduces costs but also builds valuable skills, community connections, and pride of ownership.
